What: Sponsored by AEP Indiana Michigan Power, Luminary Festival is a holiday open house. Enjoy over 800 luminaries lighting downtown St. Joseph. Take a free horse drawn trolley ride, listen to holiday music and enjoy refreshments from area businesses. Downtown merchants will transform their store fronts into the Holidays. The event kicks off at dusk.
