Annual Ship and Shore Festival Sets Sail in New Buffalo
Whittaker Street was closed to vehicles last weekend for the 26th annual Ship & Shore Festival. What began all those years ago as a small arts-and-crafts fair showcasing local artists has since evolved into New Buffalo’s event of the summer.
Ship & Shore is a unique, family-friendly summer tradition presented by Four Winds Casino and the New Buffalo Business Association. The musical lineup this year comprised of thirteen bands over the three-day weekend, including a couple of kids’ performers and even a Grateful Dead cover band.
