Ice Breaker 2011 Amateur Chili Cook-off
What: Presented by We Care, I.N.C., the annual Amateur Chili Cook Off allows local and regional chili connoisseurs to prepare their best recipe for sampling by the public and for jurying by the judges. Entry is open to all who are interested. For an application, call (269) 637-5171. Tasting begins at 11 am, and closes at 1 pm. $.25 taste samples for public judging.
