SUNRISE BEACH YOGA SOUTH HAVEN
What: SUNRISE BEACH YOGA begins every Saturday morning Memorial Day through Labor Day at 8:00 am. ( Our First class is Saturday June 4th @ 8am) This is a gentle practice using basic postures to salute the sun and bring peace to your day. This is a class for anybody and everybody! Classes last about an hour and are $10 per person per class, cash only, payment due at class.
