What: This is the most affordable early season sprint multisport event in the region. Relay teams allowed for the triathlon and individuals only for the duathlon and aquabike divisions. Triathlon: 400 yard Swim, 11.75 mile Bike, 5K Run. Duathlon: 2.25K Run, 11.75 mile Bike, 5K RUn. Aquabike: 400yard Swim, 11.75 mile Bike.
