YOGA FEST 2012
What: YOGA FEST 2012- Purchase passes at: http://tinyurl.com/85rz8rp * A day of yoga to benefit the Dream Academy in Benton Harbor and The Bridge Of Diamonds Foundation. Supporting at-risk youth through Yoga and Education Seven yoga classes on the beach, starting with 108 sun salutations accompanied by live drums from Adam Jones and concluding with a 45- minute savasana (relaxation) with essential oil mists, singing bowls, and a sweet lullaby sung by Jenna Mammina. *Pick one class or sign up for the full day and choose as many as you like! Full day advance sign-up includes t-shirt and parking. *See full class list below Special YogaKids class for the kids along with face painting, and other fun activities. Shop for jewelry, get a massage, decorate yourself with henna, do lots of yoga and have a great day at the beach! * 9-11 a.m. 108 sun salutations with live drumming from Adam Jones. Instructors Maria Rosner and Adrienne White. 11:30-12:15 p.m. YogaKids class $5. Bring the kiddos for a fun class with YogaKids founder Marsha Wenig, and stay after for face painting and an art project. 1-2 p.m. After Lunch Restorative Yoga with Deirdre Guthrie of Yoga Glow in Three Oaks, MI. 2:30-4 p.m. Off The Mat benefit- Power Yoga with grooves, instuctor Adrienne White, and artist Becca Hunt painting live what we inspire. (Painting will be available for raffle) 4:30-5:30 p.m. Yoga For An Open Heart-from Satya Yoga Studio. A heart chakra meditation and yoga emphasizing opening and melting the heart. 6-7 p.m. Dancing Feet Yoga- Gentle detox twist and flow 7:15-8 p.m. SAVASANA!
