DESCRIPTION:
Jean Klock Park Beach is a gorgeous beach with soft sand, beautiful dunes and plenty of room for the moderate sized crowd it draws. This is a very large beach and a great place to take a nice stroll along the waterfront. There are no lifeguards on duty, but there are indoor bathrooms, a food pavilion which offers burgers, hot dogs, ice cream and much more when open, as well as a play area for children. This beach also has charcoal grills and covered areas but no picnic tables, so bring a blanket! This beach is well worth the short drive from downtown St. Joseph and has a plentiful amount of free parking available. Jean Klock Park Beach is also the closest beach to the new Harbor Shores Golf Course.
