PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE AS THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.
1. Agreement. This is a legal agreement between you and Ausili Productions LLC, d/b/a/ BlueStarHighway.com (“BlueStarHighway.com”), with respect to your use of the BlueStarHighway.com web site and the services provided by BlueStarHighway.com through that web site and through other internet sites and on-line systems or software operated by or for us (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you, as an individual, and the entity (for example, your employer), on whose behalf you are acting, as the case may be, agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). If you are acting on behalf of an entity (for example, your employer), you represent that you have been granted the authority to enter into this Agreement on its behalf. The party entering into this Agreement with BlueStarHighway.com is referred to herein as “you” or “your.” BlueStarHighway.com is referred to herein as “BlueStarHighway.com,” “we,” “our” or “us.” If you do not accept this Agreement in its entirety, you may not use the Service. This Agreement is subject to change by BlueStarHighway.com at any time, effective upon posting a modified version hereof on the BlueStarHighway.com web site. Your continued use of the Service after such posting shall constitute your agreement to any such changes to this Agreement or replacement Agreement.
2. Registration.
2.1 Registration is not required to view certain Content, but may be required for you to supply, transmit, upload, post or otherwise provide any information, materials, communications or other content (regardless of form, whether text, images, audio, audio-visual or otherwise) to or through the Service, including comments, reviews, blog, forum, chat-room or bulletin board postings, pictures, advertisements, listings or anything else (“Supplied Content”), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. To use the Service for this purpose, if requested, you must register and provide certain information, including a user name, password, valid email address, address, telephone, certain demographic information and credit card information (“Registration Information”). You agree to provide accurate Registration Information and to update the Registration Information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. BlueStarHighway.com will use the Registration Information in accordance with its then-current Privacy Policy posted on the BlueStarHighway.com web site. You agree that you will not allow others to use your user name, password or account and that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password and account, and for the acts or omissions of anyone using your username, password or account. You agree to notify BlueStarHighway.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your username, password or account by sending an email toblue@bluestarhighway.com blue@bluestarhighway.com. BlueStarHighway.com shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your username, password or account and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BlueStarHighway.com, its partners, parents, subsidiaries, agents, employees, affiliates and/or licensors, as applicable, for any improper, unauthorized or illegal uses thereof and all claims, losses and damages resulting therefrom.
2.2 By using the Service and providing Registration Information, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. You also represent, warrant and agree that your use of the Service shall not violate any applicable law or regulation or this Agreement. Your access to the Service may be suspended or terminated without warning if it is found that you have misrepresented your age.
2.3 You acknowledge, consent and agree that BlueStarHighway.com may preserve and disclose your Registration Information and the contents of your online communications if required to do so by law, or in good faith belief that preservation and/or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with legal process, such as a court order, search warrant, or subpoena; (ii) enforce the terms of this Agreement; (iii) to render service you request; (iv) to protect the rights or property of BlueStarHighway.com, and its third party suppliers and licensors; or (v) in circumstances that we deem, in our sole discretion, pose a threat to your safety or the safety of others.
2.4 In the event you provide Registration Information on behalf of an individual or entity which has not authorized you to do so and BlueStarHighway.com is requested by such individual or entity to delete such information or an associated account, any fees paid in connection with such registration shall be forfeited.
3. Our Content.
3.1 With the exception of your copyrights in any Supplied Content, but subject to the license rights thereto granted to BlueStarHighway.com, BlueStarHighway.com, and/or its affiliated companies, licensors and suppliers, owns all information, data, content, materials, services and software displayed on, transmitted through, or used in connection with the Service, including directories, guides, reviews articles, text, graphics, video, photographs, images, illustrations, audio, video, computer code (whether in html, object or source code form), trademarks, service marks and tradenames (collectively, “Content”). You may use the Content online only, and solely for your non-commercial and personal use. You may download, store or print a single copy of any portion of the Content solely for your non-commercial and personal use, provided you do not remove any BlueStarHighway.com or other proprietary rights notice, such as a trademark, copyright or other notice. If you operate a web site and wish to link to BlueStarHighway.com, you may do so provided you agree to promptly disable any such link upon request from BlueStarHighway.com and you do not “frame” any such Content within your web site such that it appears as if the Content is provided through your web site. No other use is permitted without prior written permission of BlueStarHighway.com.
3.2 You may not republish any portion of our Content or Service on any internet, intranet or extranet web site or incorporate the Content in any database, compilation, archive or cache. You may not distribute any Content to any third party, regardless of whether you receive payment or other consideration, and you may not archive, modify, copy, frame, cache, reproduce, sell, publish, transmit, display or otherwise use any portion of the Content except as expressly permitted herein. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any portion of the Service or any software or other products or processes accessible through the Service. You agree not to insert any code or product or manipulate the Content of the Service in any way that affects a user’s experience. You agree not to use any data mining, data scraping, data gathering or other data extraction or copying method, whether automated or otherwise, with respect to our Content or the Service without our permission. Requests to use Content or the Service for any purpose other than as permitted in this Agreement should be directed to blue@bluestarhighway.com. Your compliance at all times with this Agreement is a condition to the permission we grant to use our Content and the Service.
4. Supplied Content.
4.1 Registration is not required to view certain Content, but is required for you to supply or upload Supplied Content to the Service. You agree not to transmit, upload or otherwise provide to BlueStarHighway.com or the Service any of the following types of Supplied Content, which you agree are prohibited by BlueStarHighway.com: Supplied Content that in BlueStarHighway.com’s sole determination (i) either violates this Agreement or any posted policy of BlueStarHighway.com; (ii) may be unlawful or give rise to potential criminal or civil liability; (iii) may interfere with any other user’s use of the Service; (iv) may infringe or violate any intellectual property right or other right of any person; (e) is obscene, patently offensive, or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; (v) harasses or advocates harassment of another person; (vi) promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; (vii) promotes or depicts an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work; (viii) exploits any person in a sexual or violent manner; (ix) provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, explosives or violating someone’s privacy; (x) “flames” any individual or entity, e.g., by sending repeated messages related to another user and/or by making derogatory or offensive comments about another individual, or repeats a prior posting of the same or similar message under multiple threads or subjects. BlueStarHighway.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including removing the prohibited Supplied Content from the Service, terminating this Agreement and your access to the Service and referring such matter to law enforcement authorities. You are solely responsible for all Supplied Content you provide to the Service.
4.2 By providing any Supplied Content to the Service in any manner, you hereby grant to BlueStarHighway.com and its affiliates a non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, adapt, translate, archive, store, modify, and create derivative works from such Supplied Content, in any medium, form or format, of any kind now known or later developed and to exercise any other rights as deemed necessary or useful by BlueStarHighway.com with respect to such Supplied Content. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you authorize BlueStarHighway.com to share the Supplied Content across the Service and any other web sites and publications operated by BlueStarHighway.com or its affiliates, to place advertisements near the Supplied Content, and to use your name, likeness and any other information you provide in connection with our use of the Supplied Content. You waive all moral rights with respect to any Supplied Content you provide to BlueStarHighway.com. You also grant BlueStarHighway.com the right to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, materials or information, contained in any communication you provide or otherwise submit to us for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial purposes, and to develop, manufacture and market commercial products using such information. All rights in this paragraph are granted without the need for additional compensation of any sort to you.
4.3 You represent, warrant and agree that: (i) you own the Supplied Content or otherwise have the right to use the Supplied Content, provide it to BlueStarHighway.com for use in connection with providing the Service, and to grant the licenses set forth in this section; (ii) the Supplied Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, moral rights, or any other intellectual property or other rights of any person, nor will it cause injury or damage to any person or entity; (iii) you have used and will use your actual legal name in association with the providing the Supplied Content, and will not use any fictitious name in so doing unless a portion of the Service specifies and permits the use of fictitious names; (iv) your provision of any Supplied Content to BlueStarHighway.com and use on or by the Service does not result in a breach of any contract between you and a third party; (iv) if a photo, video or any other content contained in Supplied Content depicts a child under the age of 13, that you have obtained from the child’s parent or legal guardian written permission to provide same to BlueStarHighway.com and the Service; and (vi) the Supplied Content does not otherwise violate any provision of this Agreement or applicable law. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees and any other monies owing any person incurred as a result of providing Supplied Content to BlueStarHighway.com. You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. BlueStarHighway.com, in its sole and absolute discretion, may preserve Supplied Content and may also disclose Supplied Content if required to do so by law or judicial or governmental mandate or as reasonably determined useful by BlueStarHighway.com to protect its interests and/or the rights, property, or personal safety of BlueStarHighway.com’s users and the public.
4.4 BlueStarHighway.com does not monitor or manage all Supplied Content. Accordingly, BlueStarHighway.com does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, integrity or any other aspect of the of Supplied Content. You are entirely responsible for all Supplied Content that you provide, including any decision by you to provide personal identifying information in Supplied Content such as personal phone numbers and addresses which may enable another person to identify or locate you.
4.5 We have the right, but not the obligation, to pre-screen Supplied Content to determine whether it violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable. If we so determine, we may, in our sole discretion, block, move, remove, edit, or refuse any Supplied Content for any reason.
5. No Obligation of Confidentiality. BlueStarHighway.com shall have no obligation of confidentiality with respect to any communication, content or material you supply, transmit, upload, post or otherwise provide to the Service, including Supplied Content, and BlueStarHighway.com may freely use, without remuneration, any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained therein for any purpose, including developing, providing, manufacturing and marketing products or services. Accordingly, by providing any of the foregoing to BlueStarHighway.com or the Service, you are waiving any claim against BlueStarHighway.com and its affiliates regarding the use of such materials and ideas by BlueStarHighway.com or the Service.
6. Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights. You agree that BlueStarHighway.com or its licensors owns all right, title and interest in and to the BlueStarHighway.com web site and Service. You agree that this Agreement does not confer upon you any ownership rights to the Service or any part of it, nor to any Content or any third party content or materials contained on the BlueStarHighway.com web site or the Service. You agree that you will not at any time do or knowingly permit to be done any act or thing that would in any way impair the rights of BlueStarHighway.com or its licensors in and to the Service or the rights of any other user of the Service. The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Service, including BLUESTARHIGHWAY, BLUESTARHIGHWAY.COM and associated graphic logos, are registered or common law trademarks of BlueStarHighway.com. No right to use any of these trademarks is conveyed by BlueStarHighway.com. 7. Advertisement Errors. BlueStarHighway.com cannot and does not take responsibility for nor guarantee the accuracy of any advertisements contained on the Service.
8. Transactions and Communications with Third Parties Vendors. Online Transactions and E-Commerce. Your dealings or communications through the Service with any party other than BlueStarHighway.com are solely between you and that third party. For example, certain areas of BlueStarHighway.com may allow you to conduct transactions or purchase goods or services. In most cases, these transactions will be conducted by BlueStarHighway.com’s third-party partners and vendors. BlueStarHighway.com will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any goods, services, resources or content available through such third party dealings or communications, or for any harm, damages or liability that results. You are responsible for reviewing any such third party’s policies and practices applicable to such transactions and must direct any complaints, concerns or questions relating to products and services provided by third parties to such third parties. Use of the Services may involve access to content viewable in a frame in your browser, which content originates from a third party. BlueStarHighway.com has no control over any third party sites, resources or content. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that BlueStarHighway.com is not responsible and shall have no liability for the availability or accuracy of third party web sites or resources, nor for the content, actions, or policies of those sites. Your interaction with any such third party web sites and provision of any information to them shall be subject to the terms of use of those sites. Similarly, in using the Service, you may choose to purchase goods or services online. Related credit card processing and order fulfillment may be handled by a third party processing agent, bank or distribution institution. BlueStarHighway.com cannot and does not take responsibility for nor guarantee the success or security of any transactions undertaken or processed online or by third parties.
9. Notification Under Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
9.1 Notification to BlueStarHighway.com of Copyright Infringement. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have otherwise been violated, please notify BlueStarHighway.com’s agent for notice of claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement (“Agent”), at

Please provide our Agent with written notice that includes substantially the following, pursuant to Sec. 512(c)(3) of the U.S. Copyright Act:
(i) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
(ii) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
(iii) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (please provide us with the URL of the specific web page(s)).
(iv) Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
(v) A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
(vi) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
BlueStarHighway.com will remove the infringing posting(s), subject to the procedures outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Please also note that, pursuant to Section 512(f) of the U.S. Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
9.2 Counter-Notification Regarding Allegation of Copyright Infringement. If you choose to send us a counter-notice in response to a notice of copyright infringement, in order to be effective it must be in writing and sent to BlueStarHighway.com’s designated Copyright Agent identified above. Such counter-notice must include substantially the following (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):
(i) Your physical or electronic signature.
(ii) Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (please provide us with the URL of the specific web page(s)).
(iii) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
(iv) Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
Please be advised that, pursuant to Section 512(f) of the U.S. Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
10. Damages Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability.
10.1 While BlueStarHighway.com uses reasonable efforts to include and provide accurate and up-to-date information through the Service and in the Content, BlueStarHighway.com makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the Content and assume no liability or responsibility for any error or omission in the Content. BlueStarHighway.com does not represent or warrant that use of any Content will not infringe rights of third parties. BlueStarHighway.com has no responsibility for actions of third parties or for content provided by others, including Supplied Content.
10.2 USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” NEITHER BLUESTARHIGHWAY.COM, NOR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS OR AFFILIATED OR RELATED COMPANIES, NOR ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS OF ANY OF THEM, MAKES ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE SERVICE, THE CONTENT, ANY ADVERTISING MATERIAL, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE, AND/OR THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR SUCH CONTENT OR SERVICES. ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. BLUESTARHIGHWAY.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY SUPPLIED CONTENT OR CONTENT POSTED BY THIRD PARTIES, THE ACTIONS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, OR FOR ANY DAMAGE TO, OR VIRUS THAT MAY INFECT, YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY.
10.3 THE SERVICE CONTAINS FACTS, VIEWS, OPINIONS, STATEMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THIRD PARTY INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS. BLUESTARHIGHWAY.COM DOES NOT REPRESENT OR ENDORSE THE ACCURACY, VALIDITY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY ADVICE, OPINION, STATEMENT OR OTHER INFORMATION DISPLAYED, UPLOADED OR DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE SERVICE. ANY RELIANCE UPON ANY SUCH OPINION, ADVICE, STATEMENT OR INFORMATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
10.4 IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUESTARHIGHWAY.COM OR ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RELATED TO UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, THE CONTENT OR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUESTARHIGHWAY.COM OR ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF $100.
11. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BlueStarHighway.com and its affiliates and each of their parent and affiliated companies, and each of their respective partners, suppliers, licensors, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, contractors and agents, and sub-licensees from and against any and all claims (including but not limited to claims for defamation, trade disparagement, privacy and intellectual property infringement) and damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from or relating to any allegation regarding: (i) your use of BlueStarHighway.com; (ii) BlueStarHighway.com’s use of any Supplied Content or information you provide, as long as such use is not inconsistent with this Agreement; (iii) information or material provided through your account with the Service, even if not posted by you; and (iv) any violation of this Agreement by you.
12. Discontinuation of Service. BlueStarHighway.com may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of BlueStarHighway.com, including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without notice or liability. BlueStarHighway.com may deny access to any user at any time for any reason
13. Amendment of this Agreement. BlueStarHighway.com reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time solely by posting on the Service an amended version of this Agreement, which shall be deemed sufficient notice. Your continued use of BlueStarHighway.com after the posting of an amended version of this Agreement shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes. Your use of the Service prior to the time this Agreement was posted will be governed according to the Terms of Use that applied at the time of your use.
14. Miscellaneous. Use of the Service is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of this Agreement, including this paragraph. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you except with BlueStarHighway.com’s prior written consent. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and BlueStarHighway.com as a result of this Agreement or use of the Service. BlueStarHighway.com’s performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of BlueStarHighway.com’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Service or information provided to or gathered by BlueStarHighway.com with respect to such use. If any part of this Agreement or specific language is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision or the specific language thereof will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision or specific language that most closely matches the intent of the original provision or language and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect. Except for the failure to make payments when due, neither party to this Agreement will be liable to the other by reason of failure in performance of this Agreement if the failure arises out of any cause beyond the reasonable control of that party. No cause of action arising out of the use of the Service or this Agreement may be instituted by you more than six (6) months after the cause of action first accrues. The terms “you” and “your” include individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, other legal entities, organizations and associations, and any government or governmental agency or authority. The words “include,” “includes” and “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase “without limitation.” The words “approval,” “consent” and “notice” shall be deemed to be preceded by the word “written.” Notice provided by electronic means, to the extent permitted by this Agreement, shall be deemed to constitute written notice. Each party acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to review this Agreement with legal counsel and the rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this Agreement or any other document executed and delivered by either party in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The captions in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not be used to interpret this Agreement. No provision hereof shall be deemed waived by BlueStarHighway.com unless such waiver shall be in writing and signed by BlueStarHighway.com or a duly authorized representative of BlueStarHighway.com. Both parties agree that this Agreement, and any other documents expressly incorporated herein, contain the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancel all previous or contemporaneous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason, all provisions protecting the intellectual property of BlueStarHighway.com, warranty disclaimers, damages disclaimers, limitations on liability, license grants and all other provisions for which survival is equitable or appropriate, shall survive. You agree no claim subject to this Agreement or arising or related to your use of the Services may be brought as a class action. In the case of a conflict between these terms and the terms of any electronic or machine readable statement or policy provided to you via the Service, this Agreement shall control. Similarly, in case of a conflict between these terms and our Privacy Policy, this Agreement shall control. In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover costs and attorneys’ fees. BlueStarHighway.com may at any time assign, convey, sell or otherwise transfer any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party or affiliate. It is the express will of the parties that this Agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of michigan, U.S.A. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION, INCLUDING PERSONAL JURISDICTION, AND VENUE OF STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS IN DETROIT MICHIGAN, IN ALL MATTERS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE BLUESTARHIGHWAY.COM WEB SITE AND THIS AGREEMENT.
